IMAGES: 300dpi recommended. A minimum of 150dpi
is acceptable if image is at 100% of the dimension
required in print. Colour mode should be set to cmyk or
grayscale.
LOGOS: Preferably vector Illustrator 8.0+ EPS with all
fonts outlined or cmyk 300dpi Photoshop TIFF.
COLOUR: Full-colour ads: No Pantone or RGB defined
colour spaces. Greyscale ads: Only one-colour black
text and grayscale images (Nothing should be made up
of CMYK). Spot Colour ads: Only one-colour black + 1
chosen CMYK colour swatch. No CMYK blacks.
Reproducing colour advertisements for newsprint differs
significantly from reproducing colour for magazines.
While printing in the Pique newsmagazine is among the
best available, it differs in quality from publications
printed on coated paper. Contact the production
