HONORS BIOLOGY 2A Animal Anatomy & Physiology Vocabulary Reviews Purpose: Using Quizlet™, to construct a series of explanations, examples and comparisons using the vocabulary associated with our unit regarding principles of botany. Directions: 1. Sign up for an account at www.quizlet.com and request to join your appropriate class. Also provide your username and email address to your instructor 2. Starting with the week one vocabulary terminology, create Quizlet™ flashcards. However, instead of the traditional flashcard format in which the term is connected to its definition, you will also be providing several other types of “cards” including: Straight definitions Specific examples Comparison/Contrast (i.e. compare/contrast this term to another vocabulary term from the list) Visual (provide an image, video, etc. that demonstrates the vocabulary term) 3. For each week’s vocabulary, you may choose how to divide up the vocabulary into the required types of cards.
