REGISTERING PROCESS OF USING ORDER SERVICE AND CHECKING BALANCE
ONLINE
1. Investor fills in the form “registering form of using online order service” and sends this
form to Brokerage Department and Customer Service of FSC.
2. Brokerage Department and Customer Service of FSC will check and approve if the
information in this form is correct. Then they will send this information to IT department.
3. IT Department will check this information in the system. If it is correct, they will permit
investors to use order service and check balance online and then provide investors “Login
Name”, “password” and “PIN”. Investors use this information to input order.
4. Brokerage Department and Customer Service will give “login name”, “password” and
“PIN’ to investors.

ƒ Stock: share code (ACB)
ƒ Volume: buying volume (1000 share)
ƒ Price: buying price (Ex: 30 = 30.000 VND/ share)
ƒ PIN: input “PIN” (number) → press [enter] to send this order.
2. Sell order: [Ctrl +S] or [-]
ƒ Sell order: press [Ctrl +S] or [-]
ƒ Side: status “Sell”
ƒ Stock: share code (SJS)
ƒ Volume: selling volume (1000 share)
ƒ Price: selling price (Ex: 43.6 = 43.600 VND/ share)

9 The above line (yellow line): total amount used within current day
9 The below line (white line): available amount
Note: currency unit is 1000VND
Ex: In figure 6 above:
- The yellow line: the investor used 13,744.03 (÷13,744,030.00VND) for buying stock.
- The white line: he still has 129,908.44 (÷129,908,440.00VND) in his account.

9 MKT – PRI: close price in the nearest trading day
9 AMOUNT: The actual cost of the stock in PORT
9 VALUE: Value of the stock at the moment (the market price)
