Description …
Attacker passes ball to goalkeeper who kicks the ball to any of
the three attackers. The attacker the ball is near moves to the

attackers then move the ball into the circle and try to score
against the goalkeeper.

Description …

the Defender and the two Attackers run through the gate on
the right side of the gym. Last player through is the new
Defender. Goalkeeper needs to talk to Defender.

selves keeping vision forwards to see when Attackers 3, 4 and

Description …
Defenders make at least five passes between selves before
they are allowed to attempt to pas the ball to the gates (made
by the markers on the sides of gym and in middle of gym).
The three attackers attempt to hold a tight mobile striker
defence (with low body position and sticks and gloves) and
intercept any passes made by the defenders. Attackers cannot
intercept passes until Defenders have made five passes. If
either team succeeds three times in a row the other team has
10 push-ups. If attackers get the ball they try to score.

Each team (Team A and Team D) attempts to push the ball to
cross the other teams back line or hit the three tyres. Players
are allowed to have possession of the ball for 2 seconds
maximum. If a team gets the ball over the bother teams back
line they get 1 point, if they hit the other teams tyres they get 3
points. If either team gets to 10 points the other team does 5 x
5 metre shuttle runs.

Description …

and move the ball around and try to make a pass to one of the
two Attackers (C) in the circle. Defenders outside the circle
stay halfway side of the boards and try to stop the Attackers
getting a pass into the circle. The two attackers in the circle
move the ball around and try to score. The defender in the
circle and goalkeeper work together to stop a goal being
scored. Attackers and Defender in circle are not allowed to
leave the circle. When the ball is in the circle area the attackers
near halfway get a new ball and start moving the ball around
and holding possession until attackers in the circle are ready
again.

Description …

passes the ball directly back (parallel with the boards) to
Attacker 1 who has made a lead into the circle. Attacker 1
needs to yell ‘Dump’. Attacker 1 then shoots or passes back to
Attacker 2 for a deflection shot at goal.

‘dump’ pass must use the boards.
