Areas of particular interests are: 1) malaria epidemiology (ecological and clinical epidemiology), 2) population and community ecology of malaria vectors, and 3) molecular population genetics of mosquitoes or malaria parasites. The positions will involve considerable field work in Southeast Asia or Africa. The candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree and possess a good publication record. Candidate for the first position should have a strong background in one of the following areas: epidemiology, ecology and statistics.
