Boy Scouts Eagle Awards- Michael Cotner
o We annually recognize the seniors from the graduating class that have achieved the highest levels
of scouting in either Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts. We are honored to continue that tradition this year.

Heritage Society o Representatives from Heritage Society will be sharing information about the society and how they
would like to foster a close working relationship out into the future.

The Personnel Committee is recommending Board approval of the employment of Mr. Nathan C. Minium as
High School Principal, effective July 1, 2015, at a salary of $84,000 per year with benefits as stated in the Act 93
Agreement.

Instructional
MS/HS Specialized Autism Support Teacher
The Supervisor of Special Education is recommending that Ms. Megan Minnig be employed as a
Specialized Autism Support Teacher, assigned to the middle school and high school, effective 2015/2016 school
year. Ms. Minnig will be placed on the first step of the salary schedule for an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree at
$38,776 with benefits as prescribed in the collective bargaining agreement until negotiations are complete for the
new WREA bargaining agreement at which time her salary will be upgraded to meet the new salary schedule. The
Superintendent recommends Board approval.

The Board of Directors will make a recommendation to appoint a resident from Region 2 (Ben Hormell) to fill
a vacancy created by the resignation of a member of the Board that became effective on June 5, 2015. The
recommended candidate will serve on the Board until the Board Reorganization Meeting following the next municipal
election. The next municipal election will be held on November 2, 2015 and the Board Reorganization Meeting will
be held on December 3, 2015.
