The operation under system parameter mode is as follows
: Move parameter No. forward (+1)
: Move setting value forward (+1)
: Move setting value backward (-1)
* Be sure to set the setting value among available
parameter values shown on the parameter list. When
the setting value you desire has passed, press the
key to move backwared (-1).

Calibration
Prepare "kilogram" check weights (more than OIML M1 class) corresponding to the capacity. It is not possible to calibrate the SPC-Solar with either "pound" or "ounce" check weight. Be sure to calibrate the scale under battery-powered mode.

Install batteries.
Set the user parameter No. 01 (power select) at 001
(battery-powered operation)

right figures, turn off the power and try to calibrate it
again

SPC - Solar 5: more than +/- 10 counts
After calibration, turn off the power. Turn on the power
again and confirm that correct weight value is displayed

Error Messages
When one of the following error messages appears on the display, follow the troubleshooting instructions.
Contact the retailer from which the product was purchased, if other messages than the following appear,
or an error is not recovered after following the troubleshooting.

Batteries are running out.
Out of batteries
The weight below zero
This message appears when
the weighed value is less
than - 5 divisions (- 5 g for the
weighing capacity of 2000 g).
Troubleshooting
Replace all of the batteries
with new one. Do not use old
and new batteries or alkaline
and magnesium batteries at
a time.
Press the
key.
If the pan has been removed,
set it on the scale again.
This message appears when
the weighed value is over
+5 divisions (2010g for the
weighing capacity of 2000g).
When the item is removed,
the display returns to the
weighing screen. Make sure
to use the scale within the
capacity.

heavy item was placed
Remove the item from the
pan, and then press the

foreign material was stuck
between the main body and

Check if a foreign material is
