CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NEEDED TO ENTER OR TO WIN.
Eligibility: Papa John’s Pizza’s “Slice of Life” photo contest is open to any adult, 18 years or older at the time of entry, who is a legal resident of the San Antonio area DMA . Employees of Papa John’s
International, San Antonio Cooperative and their agencies, as well as the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible. Decisions of Papa John’s regarding eligibility will be final. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: Entrants must enter via social media platforms consisting of Facebook, Twitter and
Instagram starting on July 27, 2015 at 12:01 AM EST and then complete all fields of the entry form/requirements. All entries must be received by August 23, 2015 at 12 Midnight EST. Papa John’s is not responsible for lost or inaccurate entries. Incomplete entries may be disqualified. By entering this photo contest, entrant will provide Papa John’s with personally identifiable information, such as name, email address, and date of birth. Papa John’s will use this information to administer this photo contest and in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.papajohns.com/policy.shtm By entering this contest the entrant certifies that they are the exclusive owner of the photo and that all persons visible have granted permission for use. We reserve the right to remove any photo that violates any copyright or use license.
Prizes: Prizes are as follows. Any expenses, including shipping, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

How to Win: Twenty (20) winners will be selected based on highest vote count recorded on August 23,
2015 from among all eligible entries received by Papa John’s, whose decisions are final and binding.
Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of votes per entry and the total number of entries.
Each winner will receive one (1) of each prize above.
Winner Notification and Acceptance: Winner will be notified by a Facebook announcement at Papa
John’s discretion using the social media account provided on winner’s entry. Those who do not accept the prize by August 27, 2015 will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may waive his/her right to receive the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Papa
John’s and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law, including the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, including that of Papa John’s Pizza’s Facebook or Twitter pages.
Conditions of Participation: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these rules and by the decisions of Papa John’s Pizza, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this photo contest.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes, if any. The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten
(10) days of date of postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Rules, will result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. By participating in the photo contest, winner agrees to hold Papa John’s, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the photo contest or use of the prize. Papa John’s is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the sweepstakes
Governing Law : Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Papa John’s, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law.
All suits or claims brought in connection with this Contest must be brought in a state or federal court in
Bexar County, Texas.
