C-73.1). The program also provides the student with the necessary training to write the A.C.A.I.Q. Broker exam and receive their certificate as a chartered Real Estate Broker. Program Content: The program consists of five credit courses for a total of 255 hours. Upon the successful completion of all five courses the student is awarded an ‘Attestation d’études collégiales’. Admission Criteria: Candidates must: • Have a Secondary V diploma (Quebec Diploma of Secondary Studies or equivalent scholarity) OR have instruction deemed acceptable by the College AND • Currently hold an affiliated Real Estate Agent certificate for at least two of the five years preceding the date of application to the program OR Have carried on an occupation related to real estate or brokerage transactions for at least three of the five years preceding the date of their application for a certificate. (A letter from the ACAIQ stating that they recognize your experience is required) Career Perspectives: Upon successful completion of the attestation program, and holding an affiliated Real Estate certificate for at least three years, the student is now eligible to write the Chartered Real Estate Broker certification examination with the Quebec Real Estate Association (A.C.A.I.Q.).
