Challenge for student mobility
• No student visa  MONE v.s. Immigration Office
• Massive higher institution development  low
quality control
• Not all universities are ready to provide
international program  lack of programs provided
in english
• Not all universities have good international offices
to provide better services for international student
mobility
• Low GER in HE v.s. International student mobility
capacity of the universities
