Courseware Affiliations
Cisco: Skillsoft is a Cisco Learning Solutions Partner. Courses on Cisco technologies are created
from Cisco’s own ILT classroom materials, and are officially approved by Cisco.
CompTIA: Skillsoft is a member of the CompTIA Authorized Partner Program (CAPP), #361320. A+,
Network+, and Security+ courses have been reviewed and approved by CompTIA as CompTIA
Authorized Quality Content (CAQC)
EC Council: Skillsoft is an Approved Provider. Certified Ethical Hacker courseware satisfies the EC
Council’s training requirements for exam candidates.
EMC: EMC provides its ILT materials to Skillsoft to use as the basis for courses that align to the
Information Storage Associate certification.
International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA): Skillsoft is an Endorsed Education Provider,
#E48315. CBAP courseware is certified to aid learners in their preparation for the CBAP exam. The
courses also count towards the 21 contact hours of training on the Business Analysis Body of
Knowledge (BABoK) which are a pre-requisite for exam candidates.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL): Skillsoft is an Accredited Training Organization
(ATO) by EXIN for the Foundation and Operational Support & Analysis Intermediate courses.
Oracle: Oracle provides its ILT materials to Skillsoft to use as the basis for Oracle-related e-learning
courses, all of which are officially approved by Oracle.
PRINCE2: Skillsoft is an APMG-approved Authorized Training Provider (ATP), for the PRINCE2
Foundation and Practitioner courseware.
Professional Continuing Education Sponsorships
Board of Registered Nursing (BRN): Skillsoft is an Approved Provider with the State of California’s
Board of Registered Nursing, Provider # 13334. Selected Skillsoft courses are eligible for continuing
education credits for California-licensed nurses and nurses in all other states which recognize the
California program.
CompTIA: Hundreds of Skillsoft courses are pre-approved for credits for professional enrolled in
CompTIA’s CEU program.
The Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI): Skillsoft is a Certified Institute Approved
Provider, #2304. Skillsoft offers courseware that aligned to both the PHR and SPHR exams. Selected

courseware is also pre-approved for continuing education credits with HRCI, which is the certifying
body for the Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM).
The National Associate of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA): Skillsoft is a CPE Registry
Sponsor with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, Sponsor #106191. Select
courseware meets the NASBA standards for eligibility for Continuing Professional Education credits
for certified public accountants in the United States. Skillsoft is also registered with the New York
Department of Education for CPE credits and with the Texas Board of Accountancy.
Project Management Institute (PMI): Skillsoft is a Charter-Global Registered Education Provider
(REP) #1008. Selected courseware is approved for Contact Hours for the CAPM, PMP and PMI-ACP
exams respectively. Hundreds of Skillsoft courses are pre-approved for PDU credits.
Academic Credit Sponsorships
American Council on Education (ACE): Hundreds of Skillsoft courses have been approved by the
ACE CREDIT program offering over 80 college credit hours of content.
Drexel University: Through a collaboration between Skillsoft and Drexel University, learners can earn
a degree or certificate and receive special tuition rates when they enroll in one of Drexel's online
programs.
George Mason University: Skillsoft partners with GMU. Learners who successfully complete Skillsoft's
non-degree courses will be awarded non-credit certificates in continuing education. The CEU
(Continuing Education Unit) is a nationally recognized unit of measurement for participation in a noncredit continuing education program.
University of Phoenix: Skillsoft’s full English courseware library has been articulated by University of
Phoenix faculty and is eligible for General Credit for University of Phoenix students.
Skillsoft has no official affiliations with the following vendors.
However, Skillsoft does develop courseware that aligns with one or more of their certifications.
