1. Log in to Blackboard Learn
Navigate to Blackboard Learn in your web browser (learn.dcollege.net) and log in using your Drexel One
user name and password.

2. Select Course
From the list of courses that appears after you log in (in the My Courses module), select the course for
which you’d like to view print reserves items.
In this example, we will be viewing print items available in Library 101.

3. Open Course Reserves tool
Navigate to the Course Reserves tool in Blackboard Learn via the left-hand menu by clicking Course
Reserves (A) and then Course Reserves with the blue logo (B).

4. Select the print material
You should now be looking at the Library Reserves page for your course. Items with a blue flag represent
print materials. Click on the title to select a print item.

5. View the Title, Author, and Call Number information
Title, Author, and Call Number information are visible on this page. This information is required to
find the book, so make sure to have it when you come to the circulation desk at the library to check out
your reserves material.
Select “Click here to view catalog record (opens in a new tab)” to view the item’s record in the Drexel
University Libraries’ catalog.

6. Open the item in the library catalog
Items with the available status are ready to check out. If an item is currently checked out to another
patron, the due date information will be available. Please note the location information (this book is listed
at Hagerty Reserves) to make sure you visit the correct library to borrow this book. If you are not sure
where the correct library is, visit the library website (library.drexel.edu) for more information.
