Central supervision and
control

The Schneider Electric PV box is a pre-wired
equipment package designed specifically for
large scale grid-tie solar installations and
includes electrical distribution, automation,
security, monitoring and control in a single
package. A prepackaged PV box can reduce
installation costs and project cycle time up to
15% through the use of standardized,
scalable designs.
Major components including Schneider
Electric inverters, DC combiner boxes,
transformers and MV switches are housed in
a prefabricated building to allow quick field
wiring to both the solar arrays and the utility
interconnect. Other custom features are
available by request.
