Undergraduate level:
An undergraduate degree is made up of a total of 120 credits, and
the programme has a duration of 4 years.
Full academic program
Most courses are 3 credit hours.
A full course load per semester is 5 courses (15 credit hours)
Graduate level:
Standard time limit for a master’s degree programme is two years.
The master’s degree is conferred only on completing a coherent
and focused programme of advanced study. Each academic unit
sets its own minimum degree requirements beyond the minimum
required by the Graduate Council (30 credits)

The courses are listed by department. Use the drop-down menu at
the top to select the academic department. Each course has a
prefix (for example, ENG for English courses) and a 4-digit number
that indicates the level of the course: 1000s for 1st year, 2000s for
2nd, 3000 for 3rd, and 4000 for 4th. Numbers 5000 and above
indicate graduate level course work.
Undergraduate level:
A full course load per semester (fall or spring) is 5 courses (15 credit
hours). But most students take 4 courses per semester and then 6
credits during summer semester.
4 courses per semester for Fall or Spring semester (3 credit hours
per course) will be transferred with 25 ECTS.
1 course (3 credit hours course) in Summer semester will be
transferred with 5 ECTS.
5 courses (4 in Fall or Spring and 1 course in Summer) will be
transferred with 30 ECTS.
Graduate level:
A full course load per semester (fall or spring) is 4 courses (12 credit
hours).
ECTS equivalency
Undergraduate level:
15 credit hours = 30 ECTS
12 credit hours = 25 ECTS
2 credit hours = 1 ECTS
Graduate level:
12 credit hours = 30 ECTS
9 credit hours = 25 ECTS
2,5 credit hours = 1 ECTS
