Brain Station 23 is a 100+ people software development company in Bangladesh,
providing enterprise & customized web applications and mobile software
development services to both local and international clients. We got experience and
interest of working for local public and private firms along with small and medium
sized clients located in US, Canada, UK and other European countries. We are
focused on creating long-term strategic partnership with Global IT firms and MNCs
whether it’s a large corporation like British Telecom or startups with a tight budget,
and help them build and maintain a highly qualitative, timely delivered, and costeffective offshore software development team.

firm) are the other business concerns run by the owners of Brain Station-23. Recently
we become Limited company though operating as Limited company will take six
months from now and existing Brain Station-23 will be took over by Brain Station 23

We started operating in 2006 with only 4 people. Our first client was Aareas
Interactive Inc. (http://aareas.com/), a Canadian Company who is our loyal
customer since today. Over the years our resources, employees, and clients
increased as a result of successful project delivery and maintenance, continuous
talent nurturing and implementation of concurrent technologies to keep our clients
ahead of time and competitions. We have achieved BASIS certification and Export
Awards 2013 and 2014 because of our contribution to economic development and
employment to our country. Today we are 100+ employee organizations with
balanced infrastructure and office environment to operate successfully. We have
worked for more than 85 clients so far. At present, we have ongoing projects of
around 25 clients’ shows the strong operating position of Brain Station 23 Limited.

We offer 2 weeks trial period for each employee that our client hires with
us. If they are not satisfied with the performance, they can terminate that employee
and we will reimburse the salary cost.
Second:
DURING THE WORK PERIOD
If you are not satisfied with the performance of the employee, then you will be able
to terminate that employee at any time during the course of the contact, and we
will reimburse you for the last 40 hours.
IP PROTECTION
Intellectual Property protection is a major issue for most companies and we are very

protecting your IP. If you don’t have proper NDA prepared for it, we will prepare for
your need from our long list of NDAs we have signed. Next is if it’s very important,
we will deploy your solution to server and people will work using remote desktop so

City Touch developed by Brain Station 23 Limited, an online Mobile Banking apps for
City Bank. A platform independent, robust mobile banking solution to meet the
twenty first century’s customer need. Available on iPhone, iPad, Android phone &
Tablet, Windows Phone, Blackberry and Nokia phone. Brain Station-23 Mobile Apps
development team took only 2 months to develop such solution; using Phone Gap
and Native Platform, focusing on every Smart Phone OS. It is now available on every
smart phone apps store.
The Apps is integrated with the Bank’s Internet Banking module and capable to doing
Banking from anytime from anywhere. The design and development architecture is
so intelligent that a Bank client can use it without taking any help. Despite of the
Banking services the Apps can use as an ATM locator or Branch Location locator and
for some general bank services.
Background
Penetration of mobile services around the world has increased rapidly; the mobile
device has the potential to extend the access of financial services to the banked as
well as to the under-served and unbanked parts of the population. Keeping it in mind
the City Bank team decided to work with Brain Station-23 to offer Mobile banking
services around the whole nation. City Bank is one of the oldest private Commercial
Banks operating in Bangladesh. It is a top bank among the oldest five Commercial
Banks in the country which started their operations in 1983. This robust solution has

Brain Station 23 Limited developed the mSFA- Mobile Sales Force Automation Apps
for Incepta Pharmaceuticals limited. This features rich, dynamic mobile base Apps
help Incepta’s sales force (MPO) to do everyday’s operations effectively and
errorless. This Android Phone base Apps developed on Java Eclipse and it
simultaneously synced data with Web Service.
Offline Functionality
Unique feature of this app is, someone can store order in the app and later when
connected with internet can sync the data. This makes the app usable without
internet. Another very important feature is, without internet, using SMS only, the
order can be placed as well.
Background
Primarily Incepta using a JAVA application deployed on Java Phone and SMS channel
for order taking, stock information checking and requisition; which is a time
consuming and not real time solution. After getting the solution from us, now the
MPO’s using the mSFA Apps on their Android base smart phone, through which they
can take order, real time stock checking, sample requisition, Doctors call report and
Report etc. Incepta can track MPO’s position through GPS location system.

1. USER LOG IN FEATURE
Here Medical Representatives can log in using a username and password. This
is based on their given phone number, so they don’t need to bother the system
admin for this, they can get their password generated using the app and their
own SIM card.
2. REAL TIME STOCK COMPARING WHILE TAKING ORDER
This app syncs with the depot’s stock so that MPO can see how much order he
can place.
3. DOCTOR VISITING REPORT
When a MPO visits a doctor, he writes report in this app just by completing
some fields. There he can also select which samples or gifts he has given to
this doctor
4. ACTIVITY HISTORY
He can see his orders and doctor visits & edit info if not already sent to server

5. GPS LOCATION TRACKING OF MPO
Managers can see GPS location of their MPO and thus understand how serious

Tobacco
Project Description
British American Tobacco (BAT) needed a survey to understand the taste of the users
using their products like Benson & Hedges. Initially they were doing it through paper
and it was lot of hassle, not to mention the carbon footprint. People were not much
willing to take part in survey.
We made this survey application which can be used in iPAD. Their people took the
survey application to different places and took the survey. It had feature like taking
picture and signing authorization forms. It had powerful sync facility syncs all the
iPad data with server using PHP web service. This sync makes sure that no data is
duplicated or lost. This application is NOT FOR ITUNES because it is to be used only
by BAT people. So, we made it that way to enable only selected iPads to install it.

Description
So Brain Station 23 Limited came up with City Touch Internet Banking Web
Application that is usable in every web browser supported by even internet explorer
7. This application is so responsive even anyone can use it in mobile browser too.

FDI Automated Regulatory System for HSBC,

Description
HSBC Bangladesh (DAK) wanted to create a software on FDI Reporting, which is a
quarterly report of customers of HSBC whose have foreign direct investment in BD,
submitted to Bangladesh Bank through HSBC. Reports will be as per BB preformatted
hard copy and RIT format as soft copy. The purpose of the project was to build a
system that automates the process of generating report as per Bangladesh Bank FI
Master Report format and in RIT, in order to minimize manual contribution and
ensure accuracy and enhance monitoring. The main user for this solution is HSBC
customers.

AB Bank Leave Management
AB Bank needed to automate their leave management system. They have a pretty
complicated leave system, like any bank or large organization where someone
applies for leave, then he requests somebody else to cover his time, once that person
approves, it goes to supervisor to approve. Not only that, he needs to track how
many leaves have pending, whether leaves are approved or not, etc. Supervisor need
to see who is in leave when so that he can arrange tasks accordingly.
Thakral Ltd. is provider of AB Bank Ltd. Thakral is one of the leading vendor of
Microsoft Products and they provided the license and deployment of SharePoint and
other servers to AB Bank. However, since Thakral didn’t have developers in
Bangladesh, it made more sense to partner with Brain Station 23 Limited to develop
the SharePoint application. We partnered together and delivered the applications.

solution in the test environment and finally delivered the application.
Here we customized the leave form using asp.net and C#, for calculating remaining
leave days and adding leave days we used scheduler etc.

to add defects on specific surface. With defect entry function it takes description,
Vendor, Timestamp & defect image from camera. After completion of inspection it
sends all data to server. Then it creates different reports. It has summaries defects
view. It downloads all data from server but it is possible to create new room and
