Note: The subject matters identified for each lecture above are a reasonable projection of the material that we will be covering on each date, however, the order
in which we cover the material may change during the course. Similarly, we have confirmed all room assignments, class dates, and course locations prior to
publishing this schedule, but all are subject to change or cancellation. During bar review, our weekly study guidelines and our website will provide you with precise
day-by-day descriptions of course coverage and assignments.
In addition to the coverage in lectures 14, 25, and 31, we will cover principles of professional responsibility (legal ethics) in conjunction with and throughout the
substantive subject matters in which they are most frequently tested, in order to familiarize you with actual and potential bar exam scenarios.
Note: Exams I, II & III are referenced on the dates that they are to be submitted. Exam IV must be submitted no later than Friday, July 17th. Please note that your
graded practice Exams I, II, III & IV will be returned to you via email or mail. Exam IV will be returned to the email address you have provided on the exam, or, if
none, to the address we have on file. Please remember to keep your contact information current.
