American History Until 1877*

American History 1877 to the present*

*Both American History courses must be completed for graduation
**3 science courses are required for HHS graduation—science is strongly encouraged
during Junior and Senior at VC

***Econ—you can take Macro, Micro, or basic Economics
Please make sure that you complete your fine arts credit and HOPE credit for high school
graduation and 2 years of a world language for Bright Futures.
Other possible courses: Student Success, Speech, General Psychology, Intro to
Sociology, Intro to Humanities, Greek and Roman Mythology, 20th Century Humanities,
Early Renaissance, or any other 3 credit course not attached to a major.
