Analysis (Minimum of 5 pages) Discuss/State assessment of facts, information and its effect/impact or outcome or consequence. VII.
Conclusion and Recommendation to include Lessons Learned and specific courses of action taken and/or recommended plan of action. The study should dwell on an analysis of actual work‐related accident or 3 near miss cases and must be able to provide appropriate recommendations to further enhance the implementation of OSH programs and systems as well as the administration and enforcement of Occupational Safety and Health Standards. The study should use 12pt, Arial font, double space, one inch margin on both sides, using short bond papers. A separate power point presentation may be prepared to be used during the discussion/presentation of the case before a panel.
