I Doubt it...

We have a lot coming at us these days. There are energies from other
realms and dimensions making their way into our reality, not to mention
the huge solar flares and the celestial movements of our angelic families.
Our aspects are prodding and poking, and there are major changes and
gyrations in mass consciousness as 2012 gets into full swing. To top it all
off, there are those crazy, crazy dreams.
We seem to be managing all of this with a respectable degree of grace.
By taking a few deep breaths, indulging in a square of chocolate and an
occasional glass of red wine, we’re able to cope with just about anything
that comes our way.
But…
There’s always that but.
But, what seems to be tearing us up right now is doubt. DOUBT. I’m so
worn down by the word that I can barely type it. I know many other Shaumbra
around the world are struggling with it as well because it’s one of the most
frequent topics of discussion during our travels. Doubt. That two-headed
killjoy monster that lurks at every twist and turn in the path.
Doubt has a way of intruding in this new and rapidly
changing energy:
• You get a clear and powerful insight…
and then a day later Doubt yourself.
• Something really good happens for
you… and then you Doubt that you
created it.
• You feel into a magnificent,
expansive interdimensional
energy that sends you into a state
of ecstasy… and then Doubt pulls
you smack back into the limited 3D.
• You get a very clear message from Adamus
or one of the other angelic friends. You
even write it down and promise to never
Doubt what you received. But the next
day, under the influence of Doubt,
you think about throwing it away.

• You have an inspiration for a new creation that
radiates from deep within you. Suffocated with
Doubt, you soon dismiss the whole idea as
wishful thinking.
Sound painfully familiar? Did you think you were the
only one having these experiences? Not at all. Doubt is
so epidemic amongst Shaumbra that it could be labeled
a virus. But the question is, why?
I wrote down a few theories the other day but I don’t think
they’re very good. So I checked in with Adamus but I’m not
sure I was tuned in enough
to get a clear message.
Just kidding. But you
see how Doubt works?
Doubt comes from
the mind. It’s a growling
watchdog that’s been
trained to protect and
inhibit. Its cousins are
Guilt and Shame. It quickly
chases the sunshine out
of an otherwise glorious
day, replacing it with
gloom and despair.
Doubt cleverly conjures
up bad memories of past
events. It’s quick to remind
us of negative incidents in
the past but never, ever
reminds us of the positive
experiences. It scares us
from moving “out of the
box” for fear of rejection,
ridicule, failure and pain. It
acts like an invisible but potentially lethal fence around
our dreams and aspirations. It knows precisely when
we are coming to the boundaries of our comfort zone so
it can threaten us back into submission.
What’s a Shaumbra to do with all of this Doubt?
It’s simple. First of all, recognize that your Doubt is
just mental programming. It’s like a television that's
set to only play old horror and drama shows; you can
actually tune beyond Doubt into your more enlightened
potentials. Doubt draws from the dark side of the past;
you can make a conscious choice to imagine into the
fulfilling potentials of the future. Doubt manipulates your
old aspects; but you, as a sovereign creator, can take
a deep breath and transmute Doubt into pure energy to
serve what you want to create and experience.
It doesn’t do any good to battle Doubt. That only
feeds the monster. The moment that you try to defeat
Doubt you get into a mental scuffle. The Mind is Doubt’s
turf, where it’s been trained and where it has a long list
of successes. You can’t use rationalization with Doubt.
The moment you attempt to
apply logic to your Doubting
Thoughts you’ll fall into its
game. Checkmate, Doubt.
To be free of Doubt is to
imagine beyond it. Yes, you’ll
still hear it howling in the
background, trying to scare
you back into submission,
but
the
howling
will
eventually fade into a distant
murmur, one that is hardly
a distraction as you venture
into new life experiences.
Undoubtedly,
Doubt
is very present right now
because we are moving
beyond our limitations. We’re
going beyond the mind, into
our divine potentials. We
have a deep desire to expand
out of mass consciousness,
old Atlantean programming,
social hypnoses, wounded
aspects and the Norm.
We’re commanding new, creative energies into our lives.
We want to fulfill the very reason for choosing to be here
in this lifetime – our embodied Sovereignty.
So dear Doubt, you are hereby relegated to the past.
You can lurk around in my history’s junkyard waiting
for game-on, but you won’t find me picking through
my old emotional trash. I choose the new frontiers of
my expanding consciousness and my new potentials.
You’re now just an impotent ghost of the past.

Once a year Shaumbra from around the world gather to celebrate life,
the New Energy and the journey we share together. It’s called the New
Energy Conference and it will be held this year in beautiful Vienna, Austria.
The three-day event will be filled with messages from Adamus, Kuthumi,

You are clear. You are ready. There is nothing in the
past in the way of your future. There is nothing in your

wonderful. And with that goal as your focus, everything
else will fall into place. Greater opening, greater
compassion, greater passion, greater desire to be here,
the desire to be. When you learn to nurture and love
yourself as you would another; when you give yourself
that attention, things change very fast. Things move
in you. The joy of touch you can receive from another
becomes a self touch. You can hold yourself and feel
held in so many ways when you apply self-love to your
life. Love is who you are; it is the essence of you.
Love is who you are; it is the essence of you. Breathe
that in. And again, breathe in the love that you are. It is
ever present, and sometimes it is just to the right of your
shoulder. On the days when you feel you cannot find it,
it is always inches away from you, waiting, watching,
loving you. While you go about the business of undoing
whatever it is you are undoing. Undoing whatever it is
you are undoing. What have you just been undoing in
yourself these past days or weeks? Have you been
undoing grief? Have you been undoing depression?
Have you been undoing a tangled relationship? Have
you been undoing self-criticism? You will know you’ve
been trying to undo these things because they will
have taken all of your focus. When these emotions or
energies come to you, they are asking you to see them.
They are asking you to free them.
You can free everything. You can free yourself. You
can love yourself. You are free to do this. You are free
to love yourself. Even if you feel you are in the most
confined prison. Even if you feel there is not love around
you. These are the most important times to practice
self-love. Because everything is vibrational.
And all of the vibrational frequencies that we exist
in and around every day, and those that we hold within
ourselves, are like magnets to one another; jigsaw
pieces sometimes. So when you and your frequency
become love, then love comes to you. But the beauty
of self-love is that when love comes to you, you do not
need to hold it, to fear it, to believe it is the key. You will
simply recognize love sent your way as a mirror. You
will know that you are holding that love for another and
sending it back. Love is the gold of the Earth. There

is so much to love on our planet. There is so much to love about people.
There is so much to love about yourself. And you have barely come close.
And this self-love has nothing to do with ego; it has nothing to do with a
perception of why you should be loved or whether you deserve to be loved.
This self-love is a pure remembrance that everything is love. There is no
division – there is no division from source. Any perceived division, is illusion.
You are everything. And when you remember this, everything and anything
is possible. Everything and anything is possible. So breathe. Fill your belly.
Stroke your belly as you breathe. Love this part of your body, this part of
yourself. Caress it, hold it, fill it with breath. You have no idea how loveable you
are. It’s incredible. You are so very loveable and so very loved. You are loved
by nature. You are nurtured by it. It gives you everything you need. For all of
your senses. So, if you are ready to awaken to greater love, repeat this, aloud:

theatre
If you tuned in to the April 7 webcast from Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado
you probably noticed the new Shaumbra Theatre. We totally redesigned
the webcast set including:
• New 80-inch (203 centimeter) LED TV screen – The screen provides a
clear, colorful image so everyone can easily see the videos and slides
played during the monthly gatherings. The screen drops down from the
ceiling with a special mechanism designed and installed by Joe Collins.
• New stage drapes – The drapes surround the entire front wall and
sides for a clean, seamless look. Even when the cameras are shooting
from an angle the drapes cover the wood walls.

he discusses the "guru dilemma," the
problem of having highly unrealistic
expectations for ourselves based on
mistaken notions about "gurus" of
the past.

• New carpeted stage area – The stage area, with Geoff and Linda’s
barstools, is nearly 3 times the size of the old area. This also provides
more walk-around area for Adamus, with a nice plush carpet.
• Room orientation – In the past, the stage was in a corner of the room
and the chairs were set diagonally to face into the corner. This was
done because the old rear-screen projector needed extra room in back
of the screen. With the new 80-inch LED screen the chairs can be set
in more natural rows facing the front wall. Everyone commented on
how the room seemed larger and more open even though we had
more chairs than before.
• Camera positions – We placed a ceiling-mounted remote-controlled
camera in the front of the room to get better audience shots, replacing
the old manned camera at the side of the room that took up a lot of floor
space. Another remote-controlled camera is centered in the back of the
room for good shots of the stage area and when Adamus walks down
the aisle, and two more manned cameras are at each side of the room.
The new Shaumbra Theatre took months of planning and a lot of money,
but the results are well worth it. One of these days we’d like to own our own
facility, but in the meantime this is a huge leap in technology and design
that also benefits the local Community Center.

ASPECTS, VIRUS or MASS CONSCIOUSNESS?
It can be a challenge to sort out all the confusing
energies that are coming our way these days. We’ve
learned to open up and feel, but the downside of that is
we DO feel and we ARE open to every passing doubt,
fear, chaotic thought and bubble of confusion.
Without closing down tightly again, how do we
handle it all? How do we sort out what voices to listen
to and which ones to toss out with yesterday’s news?
In an intense moment, how do we know if an aspect
is showing up to integrate, if the sexual energy virus
(SEV) is rearing it’s ugly and ever-changing head, or
if we’re just picking up on passing thought-waves from
the world out there?
Ultimately, it doesn’t really matter. But in the meantime,
a little clarity and understanding can go a long way
towards peace of mind. Here’s what works for me.
Aspects
In my experience, aspects are instantly recognizable
by their emotions. Adamus has said many times that
emotions come from the mind, and I believe this is
because the mind loves stories. Stories are linear,
they help categorize, define and limit our experiences,
and they give a framework or “reason” (or excuse) for
whatever emotions we're having. Aspects are created by
our experiences, whether in this lifetime or others, and
a lot of them reintegrate without a problem. However,
some of them got stuck because we couldn’t be fully
present in the experience and instead got attached to
its story. Then the story is always there for the mind to
rehash and get the emotions going again because, I
suppose, it thinks then it’s doing something important.
(I remember long ago watching myself replay some
insult or hurt over and over again because there was
something so seductive and satisfying about feeling all
those emotions.)
Eventually the stories fade away, but the aspects are
still there, and they’re still stuck in their emotions – shame
of a parental rebuke, pain of betrayal, fear of being seen,
anger of being misunderstood – because that’s where
we left them. And the integration can finally happen
when we allow ourselves to feel those emotions without
judgment and while remaining in the truth of who we are,
because that’s when the aspects feel safe, welcomed
and accepted, and they can finally come home.
The Virus
Tobias talks at length about the SEV in his Sexual
Energies School, explaining how it is at the core of so
much distortion in human consciousness. It causes the
need to feed in just about everyone, whether the feeding
is overt and abusive, or covert and manipulative. And,
most important, the virus feeds on you, its host. People
seek out drama and attention because that is potent
food for the virus. It plumps you up with all that yummy
energy, then starts chomping away by cutting you
down from inside, filling you with doubt and blame, and
making you feel small and weak. Then you feel crappy,
seek out another shot of energy, and the cycle starts all
over again.
So for me, the virus is easily identifiable by the way
it makes me shrivel up inside. It can be hard to even
recognize when it's happening because we've actually
been taught that it’s honorable to shrink down and hide,
and so it continues.
Mass Consciousness
And then there’s the vast, chaotic and potent soup of
energies that we dive into just by connecting to Earth.

riddled with the virus, billions of their aspects, infinite collections of belief
system, gods of every persuasion, and enough thought-forms to populate
a few galaxies. It’s a wonder we can even remember our name some days!
Opening up means becoming aware of the crazy energies and
random thoughts zooming through our fields at any given moment. But,
because we’re used to having a limited awareness of only ourselves, we
automatically think everything we sense is all about us. So we doggedly
keep trying to fix it.

As interesting as all these definitions can be, the solution to the chaos is
pretty much the same, no matter what its source. Breathe. Feel. Accept. Let
it keep moving. Know who YOU are. And LOVE YOURSELF!
We’ve programmed our wonderful minds to diagnose problems and then
get busy fixing them: feed the starving kids in Africa; take anger management
classes; confront someone with their issues; get therapy for our own. I
suppose it’s been fun, and it sure gave us something to do, but now it’s like
trying to rake leaves in a hurricane! It’s time to put the mind-rake down and
just find our safe space, also known as the absolute acceptance of self-love.
That acceptance is the signal to the aspects that it’s finally safe to come
home because they’ll no longer be judged and rejected.
Expressing tangible, audible, visible love for yourself gives the virus
nothing to feed on, which eventually
disconnects it from your energy.
And tuning out the cacophony of
mass consciousness is as easy as
giving it no more attention.
It’s so simple. With the total love
and acceptance of yourself, the
aspects can come home, the virus
withers away, and the noise around
you ceases to matter.
It’s fun to figure it all out, but
the ultimate choice is one you
have to act out, not think about.
When your love for you becomes
real and tangible, it won’t matter
where the voices come from
or even what they’re saying.
Because the clearest voice will
be your own, saying, “I am that
I am, and that’s all that matters.”
