• It is possible to access to the wellness area only with slippers and bathrobe.
• We request out guests to wear swimming trunks in pool and in the relaxing zone.
Regarding the pools, the use of swim cap is mandatory; on sale also at the wellness
centre or at the reception of the hotel.
• In respect of others guests, it is appreciate a calm behaviour and the mobile phones
switched off or in the silent mode.
• It is recommended not to take valuable objects in the wellness area.
• Underage can not access to the wellness centre.
• Our guests should inform the wellness stuff in case of particular medical conditions
like pregnancy or disease, allergies: some treatments could not be adapted in
particular physical conditions.
• We recommend our guests to cancel the appointments minimums 24 hours before,
otherwise the 50% of the amount will be charged.
• In case of delay, treatments time could be modified in order to respect the others
