Mr. Beyer has 25 years’ experience in the field of Engineering in
Design, Construction Management or Construction Engineering. My Beyer has
in-depth experience in project management including planning, design and
construction management for water supply, treatment and distribution projects
and wastewater treatment and collection projects, USDA Rural Utility Service
loan/grant programs. Mr. Beyer has strong experience in the design and
construction of public drinking water systems. He has modeled distribution
systems using WaterCAD and H2O software.
Mr. Beyer has a thorough knowledge of EPA and Texas Commission
on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations on water quality and waste water
discharge requirements. Mr. Beyer has vast experience in wastewater system
improvements and has designed lift stations, wastewater treatment plants,
sludge ponds and innovative drying bed system for sludge removal.
Mr. Beyer has extensive design and project experience in roadway,
runway and taxiways at small and large airports. He also designed subdivisions that included site plan, drainage, site utilities and streets. Mr. Beyer is
proficient in foundation design (residential and commercial) using either
conventional reinforcement or post tension design. He is a true asset to have
on our staff.
