FACT SHEET FOR OBTAINING YOUR ID CARD & PARKING

1. The School of Nursing will submit your “Campus Card Application” to Stony Brook.
2. The next step is to go to SBUH to obtain your ID card and parking privileges beginning three
(3) weeks prior to the start of the semester.

**Initial cost of ID Campus Cards will be $15.00
**Lost, stolen or damaged ID cards will be $25.00 to replace.
Parking:
Bring your vehicle registration information [plate number, make of vehicle, model of vehicle
and year] with you to the Campus Card ID office if you desire parking privileges as well. You will
use your ID as your parking card.
Cost of Parking: Day shift and night shift= $22.72 monthly pass
Evening shift= $11.37 monthly pass
