Ambulatory Services of America, Inc. Announces Joint Venture to Operation Radiation Oncology Facility in Dallas, Texas Nashville, Tennessee – 07/01/08 Ambulatory Services of America, Inc. announced the formation of ROSA of North Dallas, LLP, its fifth joint venture to provide outpatient radiation oncology services. ROSA of North Dallas is a joint venture between ASA’s subsidiary, Radiation Oncology Services of America, and some of the former owners of Landmark Radiation Dallas LP. ROSA of North Dallas will own and operate the Northpoint Cancer Center facility in Dallas, Texas that was previously owned and operated by Landmark Radiation Dallas. ROSA of North Dallas will offer state-of-the-art cancer treatment services, including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) in the Dallas center. The joint venture expects to build on Landmark Radiation’s legacy of providing high-quality cancer care to the residents of the north Dallas area. Edward Gilbert, M.D. will serve as medical director for ROSA of North Dallas, and Dr. Timothy Nichols will also continue to provide professional radiation oncology services at the facility.
