 Explain the multiple factors that caused the French, Haitian, and Latin
American Revolutions
 Compare/contrast the U.S., French, Haitian, and Latin American Revolutions
 Discuss the political rights and responsibilities that these revolutions helped
establish
 Analyze key documents from these revolutions and evaluate the balance
between individual rights and the common good
 Explain the effects of these revolutions on ideas of abolition, women’s rights,
or nationalism
