Description: Tired of writing out flashcards on 3X5 cards? Throw them away because
there’s an app for that! With this app, you can make your own flashcards or access
thousands of decks of flashcards created by Quizlet.
The Quizlet database has flashcards in the following categories: Arts and Literature,
Language and Vocabulary, Math and Science, History and Geography, Standardized
Tests, Professional and Careers, SAT Words, and Basic Spanish. At first, the creation
of the cards was somewhat confusing. But once the Help Index was located, things
began to make sense. The Help Desk gives instructions on how to create, edit, and
view an entire deck of cards, or a single card. To access this index, click on the “i” in the
upper left-hand corner of the app. This app could easily be used by learners of all ages.
There are in-app purchases available of additional voices in different languages, but
these are not really needed.
