AKTIVITI/BIDANG KERJASAMA
a) An academic collaboration through the program of short-term
intensive Hanyu Program at CICE commencing at an agreed dates
between the two parties
b) UMP will select potential students to involve in this program
c) For the purpose of this program both parties agree as follows:a. CICE shall be responsible for teaching and practical
activities; issuing certificates for the selected students and to
provide free accommodation for one companion teacher from
UMP
b. CICE shall provide accommodations which consist of twin
bed, television, air-conditioner, hot water, fridge and internet
connecting port.
c. UMP shall be responsible for the selection of student and
their particulars. All expenses of the student and teacher for
the program shall be paid in one lump sum to the CICE within
one (1) week upon reporting.
d. Any other areas of co-operation to be mutually agreed upon
by the parties
(a) Parties agreed corporation shall be carried out through such activities
of program relating to but not limited to:
i) Developing student/faculty exchange program.
ii) Parties will share equal responsibility in promoting the exchange
programs that have been jointly developed.
ii) Carry out collaborative joint Research and Development (R&D)
subject to the approval of Parties.
iii) Conduct other types of activities for mutual benefit subject to the
approval of Parties.
(b) The term such mutual cooperation and necessary funding of each
programs and activity enumerated above are not exhaustive and
Parties may agree include such other programs of activities as may
be necessary and identified later which shall be mutually discussed
and agree upon in writing by both parties prior to the initiation of the
particular program of activity and such shall be negotiated as
required.
(c) Parties agreed to enter an agreement within the period of this
memorandum to detail out all the activities.
(d) Parties shall appoint a co-coordinator from each party for the
development and management of joint activity.

To establish Board of Examination, which contain one (1)

AKTIVITI/BIDANG KERJASAMA
Perjanjian program akademik (MoA) di antara universiti Malaysia Pahang
dan Institute of Technology Tallaght (ITT) dalam menawarkan Program
Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Pharmaceutical).
1. Education & Research
2. Futher training of staff
3. Exchange of student
4. Exchange of scholarly materials & information
1. Exchange of faculty and staff for purpose of teaching, research and
extension
2. Development of mutual beneficial academic and training programs
3. Reciprocal assistance for visiting academic faculty, staff and students
4. Coordination of such activities as joint research and transfer of
technology
5. Exchange of documentation and research materials in fields of
mutual interest
Each Party will, subject to the laws, rules, regulations and national
policies from to time to time in force, governing the subject matter in their
respective countries, endeavour to take necessary steps to encourage
and promote co-operation in the following areas:(a) To promote student and staff mobility from UMP to the
designated universities / institutions / industries in Yemen and
vice versa.
(b) To promote UMP as a destination for undergraduate students
from Yemen. Yemen is a country receiving aid from the World
Bank, thus UMP will assist all Yemeni students in any possible
way at any time during their period of study at UMP.
(c) To promote UMP as a destination for outstanding postgraduate
candidates from Yemen with the opportunities of financial
assistance such as the Graduate Research Scheme (GRS) etc.
(d) To promote joint research between UMP and universities /
institutions / industries from Yemen encouraging bilateral transfer
of new knowledge, technology, skills, and processes.
(e) To promote voluntarism as a joint effort between both parties
towards providing solutions for socio-economic development.
(f) Any other areas of co-operation to be mutually agreed upon by
the Parties.

For the purpose of implementing the co-operation in respect of any areas
stated in Paragraph 1 the parties will enter into a legally binding
agreement subject to terms and conditions as mutually agreed upon by
the Parties including clauses on “confidentiality”, “suspension”,
“protection of intellectual property rights” and “settlement of dispute” as
contained in Annexure A of this Memorandum of Understanding.
