Welcome to the Jungle
Live Mowgli’s story. Through this workshop, participants will be introduced to Rudyard Kipling's world of the
Jungle Book. Participants will be separated into small groups, with each group selecting an area of
the Jungle map to explore. Once in that area they will be quickly introduced to a variety of activities that they

Each activity card will speak of the challenge of the activity, contain materials required to succeed , and have
the Plan- Do- Review methodology outline. Each area, will have a “Scouter” to support their choice and to be
available incase help is needed.
!
Each area will contain 3-4 cards, offering options to choose from: Lair challenges, STEM projects, Outdoor
simulations, How-To Games, hands on Safety activities and problem solving Scenarios. Each meant to drive and
create some amazing meaningful experiences that will help build an awesome Cub Scout program.

Participants will get to keep the card they used during the activity, will also get a Trail Card Users Guide,
Canadian Path Card and a drafted copy of the Cub Book Review Page.
