Federal Practice Digest 4th & Federal Practice Digest 5th KF 127 .W48 1989 The Federal Practice Digest index headnotes from cases across a broad spectrum of the federal judiciary. Indiana Cases KFI 3047.2 .I524 While this is an unofficial reporter, it is a great source for all recent Indiana criminal law cases. It is in the Indiana Law section of the first floor, but as reference material, it does not circulate. Indiana Digest 2d KFI 3057 W4 This is the West Digest for the Indiana Cases series. It contains headnotes arranged by topic so that cases about Indiana Criminal Law can be easily located. North Eastern Reporter 2d & North Eastern Reporter 3d KF 135.N6 N63 The North Eastern Reporter covers not only major Indiana Cases, but also Illinois, Massachusetts, New York and Ohio. It includes explanations and commentary about how the language of the included model laws should be interpreted and has been adopted in whole or in part in many states. It covers not only the definitions of crimes such as rape, prostitution, incest, obscenity and homosexuality, but also the criminal process that accompanies them. It looks at pre-trial aspects and how to conduct the trial itself. It is written with more of a defense perspective in mind, but can provide some useful insight for prosecutors into potential defenses and how they might be raised. Cybercrime and Security Pauline C. Reich, ed. HV 6773 .C92 The multivolume looseleaf covers looks not only at the definitions of crimes, but the investigative process that surrounds it. Given that much cybercrime will lack the traditional physical evidence of other crimes, the investigative process is much more important in this area than in others. It looks as advance fee fraud, online gambling, money laundering, internet security and national security issues, and indictments and cases arising from cybercrime. Hate Crimes Law, 2013 ed. Zachary J. Wolfe KF 9345.Z9 H379 This treatise starts off with in depth looks at several federal hate crimes statutes and federal sentencing, and follows it with a look at the state of current state laws regarding hate crimes. This version of the code is kept up to date with all revisions coming out of the state legislature.
