While this is an unofficial reporter, it is a great source for all recent Indiana

Criminal Law Study Guides, Outlines & Hornbooks
Study guides are commercially prepared outlines and supplements which
provide additional detail to add to a student’s understanding of particular
areas of law. They typically have less depth than a hornbook but provide
summaries of difficult concepts.

expand on their subject matter.

All treatises are longer, in-depth looks at particular areas of the law. They
tend to cover one or several volumes and include both bound volumes and
looseleafs. Bound volumes are periodically updated by pocket parts and

outdated, but brought up to current by the pocket parts. It covers not only the

at pre-trial aspects and how to conduct the trial itself. It is written with more
of a defense perspective in mind, but can provide some useful insight for
prosecutors into potential defenses and how they might be raised.

The multivolume looseleaf covers looks not only at the definitions of crimes,
but the investigative process that surrounds it. Given that much cybercrime
will lack the traditional physical evidence of other crimes, the investigative
process is much more important in this area than in others. It looks as
advance fee fraud, online gambling, money laundering, internet security and
national security issues, and indictments and cases arising from cybercrime.
