Student Worksheet: Test Scores that will be verified online by your Guidance Counselor *
Below are the questions we ask your Guidance Counselor to complete in the online WTP form. Your Counselor will
verify the scores of any standardized tests (PSAT, SAT, ACT, and math/science SAT Subject and AP Tests) you
have taken. Counselors should NOT send scores to WTP by email or U.S. mail. We DO NOT expect applicants to
have taken all of these tests, and they are not a requirement for admission!
You may want to fill in this worksheet and bring it to your meeting with your Guidance Counselor, to be sure s/he
has all of your scores--you may have taken tests that are not in your school records yet. If your Counselor does not
have your scores in the school records, we will accept your Counselor’s verification if you can show him/her your
online or paper score reports. If you receive scores after your Guidance Counselor completes the online form, follow
the directions at http://wtp.mit.edu/faq.html#Q13 to submit new scores to WTP until March 1, 2016.
Standardized Test Scores: PSAT*
Enter below the date(s) the applicant took the PSAT test(s) and her scores. If she has not taken this test enter "NA" in
the Month/Year column. If she has taken the test and is waiting for her scores, enter the date she took the test and put
"Pending" in the Reading column.
If you are entering PSAT scores for this year's test with the new scoring system, please enter her 3-digit
Reading/Writing score under "Reading" and her 3-digit Math score under "Math." If you are entering PSAT scores
from previous test years, enter the 2-digit Reading, Math, and Writing scores in each column.
