Synergising SUTD’s strength in technology and design and
SMU’s expertise in business management, the SUTD-SMU
Dual Degree Programme in Technology and Management
(SUTD-SMU DDP) is an unprecedented and prestigious
programme that brings you the best of both worlds.
The SUTD-SMU DDP will be a uniquely enriching learning
experience: study and participate in student life activities
at both campuses, gain global exposure via exchange
programmes and overseas learning opportunities, complete
80 hours of community service, and be prepared for your
career with a ‘Finishing Touch’ course and a 16-week
internship. It culminates in a three-term capstone
programme where students come together across
disciplines to solve real-world problems. Qualified students
will enjoy a generous scholarship covering full tuition fees,
overseas opportunities and allowances.
You will emerge with two Bachelor’s degrees – an SUTD
Engineering degree and an SMU Business Management
degree – and be shaped into a well-rounded, confident
and articulate individual who is also ethically and socially
responsible. As a technically innovative and business
savvy leader ready to make an impact on the world,
you can choose to work in industries as diverse as
Consultancy, Banking and Finance, Health Care, Energy,
Transportation, Aerospace and Manufacturing.
