Notice is hereby given that Dr. Samuel
Bravy and "Perachia" Co., L t d . , of House Bravy, Tel Benjamin, near Ramath Gan, seek leave
to amend the specification of Patent No. 179,
granted to them for " A n improved means for
and method of treating garbage and manure
for use as a fertiliser", alleging as the rea­
son : —•
.
"The specification in some parts is obviously
wrong and, as to the claims, these are in re­
spect of buildings only, while they should be
in respect of a method also, as indicated in the
title and the last paragraph of the claims".
Particulars of the proposed amendment may
be obtained by inspection of the specification
left under Patents Rule No. 49 at the Office of
the Registrar of Patents, Department of Cus­
toms, Excise and Trade, Haifa.
Any person, or persons may, within one
month from the daté of this Gazette, give
notice of opposition to the amendment, to the
Registrar of Patents, i n the prescribed manner.
