1. New SS Year 2016 commences on Thursday, 4th February and Friday, 5th
February, 2016.
2. Duly signed Final Student Report for the SS Year 2015 should be returned
to the Teachers on or before Friday, 5th February, 2016. Thereafter,
complaints on the SS Final Results will not be entertained.
3. Registration Forms for the SS Talents Scan Competitions 2016 will be
distributed from Thursday, 4th February, 2016, onwards.
4. The Great Lent commences from sunset on Sunday, 7th February, 2016.
All students and teachers are requested to observe the Great Lent with
reverence, and be blessed.
5. SS Students and Teachers together receive Holy Communion during the
Great Lent. The Students and Teachers are requested to follow the schedule
strictly. Absolution will be provided during SS hours in NECK and Confession has to be attended after prior appointment with Vicars.
a) Class KG to 5: Absolution on or before Thursday, 18th February, 2016 and
Holy Communion on Friday, 19th February, 2016.
b) Class 6 to 8: Confession on or before Thursday, 25th February, 2016 and
Holy Communion on Friday, 26th February, 2016.
c) Class 9 to 12: Confession on or before Thursday, 10th March, 2016 and
Holy Communion on Friday, 11th March, 2016.
The annual founder's day celebration and general body meeting of IOMF
will be held on Friday, 12th February 2016. Time and venue will be
informed to all members.
Anti-Alcoholism Movement
Monthly Prayer Meeting will be held on Monday, 1st Feb 2016 at
Parsonage office, Abbassiya at 7.30pm.
Free Medical Camp at Integrated Indian School, Abbassiya in association
with Indian Doctors Forum, Indian Dentists' Alliance and Kuwait Heart
Foundation on Friday, 5th Feb, 2016 from 8 AM to 1 PM.

6. SS CHARITY DAY 2016 (Jeeva Karunya Dinam) envelopes will be
distributed on Thursday, 4th and Friday, 5th February, 2016. OSSAE-OKR has
earmarked this year’s charity for Home to homeless Abhayam scheme of
Pampady Dayara and Home to homeless farmers in Maharashtra. Students,
Parents and Teachers are requested to contribute and make this project a
grand success.

7. SSFC 2015 Class 10th Results are expected to be published by OSSAEOKR on Monday, 8th February, 2016. Last date for applying for re-valuation
is Friday, 12th February, 2016. Last date to apply for SAY (Save A Year) exam
for failed candidates is Monday, 15th February, 2016
8. Parents Teachers Association (PTA) Meeting 2016 is scheduled to be held
on Thursday, 11th February, 2016 at NECK from 5:30pm and at St. George
Chapel, Abbasiya on Friday, 19th February, 2016 from 9:30am. All parents
are requested to attend. Classes will be managed by Senior Students. KG
Teachers are exempted from attending the meeting.
9. Holy Qurbana attendance coupons will be distributed at all Worship
Locations on Friday, 12th February, 2016.
10. SS Head Boy & Head Girl will be held on Thursday, 18th February, 2016
at NECK from 5:30pm and MGOCSM Elections 2016 will held on Thursday,
3rd March, 2016 at NECK from 5:30pm. The last date for filing nominations
will be Thursday, 11th February, 2016.
