Challenges for B3: making a big difference
• Reduce rate of establishment of damaging pests;
• Develop tools across the system for wicked pests;
• Raise pathology output and increase response options
for diseases;
• Exploit new technology – eg integrating chemistry,
physics, electronics and ICT;
• Build on current foundation, finish work and move to
next top priority topic;
• Retain strategic context and continue to demonstrate
short term value;
• Achieve market uptake for challenging proof of concept
findings
