As a student initiated, student run program, we have been serving City College since the 1980s. Bookloan has been able to provide affordable textbook solutions to many CCSF students a semester. Every student enrolled in classes at City College, regardless of campus, is eligible to borrow from the Bookloan Program. Students are allowed to have two textbooks out at a time and may trade for other titles throughout the semester. Books carried are for many of the general education courses required in transferring to a four year university, have a lending period of one semester and are due back by the last day of finals. Bookloan office is open year round and is located in the Student Union Building, Room 104B on the Ocean Campus. !!Important Message for AS Book Loan Users!! Dear AS Bookloan user, Thank you for using the AS Bookloan Program. Hopefully you have been successful in your classes so far. I'm wishing you good luck with your last few weeks of school and on your finals. Please remember the LAST DAY to turn in Bookloan textbooks is Thursday, Dec 18th, books must be returned to our office 104B in the Student. WARNING: If you do not return your books by 12/18, you will have a hold placed on your academic. Most importantly, we hope you will remember to turn in your books because other students need to use them next semester. You wouldn't have gotten your book if the previous user did not return it, so please consider this and make sure to turn them in on time. If you had to buy some of your books this semester, it would be immensely appreciated if you would consider donating them to the AS Bookloan Program for students to have access to more books. We know times are tough and I thank you for your consideration. Thank you for being part of our program, and I hope you've had a wonderful semester and have an even better Christmas break.
