Vacation school dates
Students will attend vacation school on the following dates:
Monday 2nd – Friday 13th April 2012, with the exception of Friday 6th and Monday 9th April
(Good Friday and Easter Monday respectively), then Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th April
2012.
Time table Modification
The current periods of Sociology, Business Studies, Economics and R. E. will be reduced
by one each to create extra contact periods for the teaching of English, Maths and Science.
A time table to this effect has been done to this effect. Students will continue to have their
regular P.E. lessons.

Tuesday and Thursday
Candidates are exempted from Club and Sports activities on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
This period between 3:00pm and 4:00pm will be utilized by English, Mathematics and
Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) Teachers.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Students will close at 4:00 pm instead of 3:00pm. This will afford them more time to solve
more questions for mastery over each topic.
Mock (Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE)
2nd Mock – Monday 19th – Wednesday 28th March 2012
Holiday
Thursday 17th May is a holiday for the candidates. A proposed leisure trip to a preferred
destination of candidates is scheduled for Wednesday 16th May 2012.

Candidates must have these items on them daily:
 Pen/pencil case
 Calculator
 Pens
 Pencils
 Eraser
 Ruler
 Protractor
 highlighter
During the examination, candidates will be expected to carry these items in transparent
case.

Time table Modification
Work Schemes for Geography, History, R. E., and Citizenship will be deferred till the
examinations are over. Children will continue to have their regular P. E, Art, Music and Art
Lessons.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Candidates are exempted from Club and Sports activities on Tuesdays and Thursdays to
enable them receive tuition between 3:00pm and 4:00pm till the examinations are over.

Selected students meet their teachers in the morning between 7:00 – 8:00am.
