Services, please be sure to:
 Let us know each term
you’ll need service by
Emailing us a month or
two before classes start.
 Select your courses as
early as possible.
 Bring or send us your
course outlines and syllabi
as soon as you get them
(you can also try asking
professors early if you
want).
 Review your course
readings and let us know
what you need first.
 Email us every time you
add or drop a course.
 Respect Copyright! Never
share your files, and
delete required files once
the course is over.

Services:
Accessible Format
Material Delivery
Transcription Services (course
readings in accessible formats
including PDF for use with screen
readers like Kurzweil) are provided
to students referred to LAS by their
Disability Counsellor from
Counselling and Disability Services
(CDS).
When we get your CDS referral
form, we will email you to set up an
orientation appointment.
Your course readings will be
produced in the format you need
and digital formats made available
to you on Papyrus, York University
Libraries’ web-based delivery
system at:
www.library.yorku.ca/papyrus
