Guardians of Liberty and Justice Youth Award The Guardians of Liberty and Justice Youth Award acknowledges and publicizes the deeds of unsung High school age heroes across the state that work to protect and promote the Bill of Rights. These youth alone or with others took action against an injustice or organized forums, clubs, and other activities to raise awareness about personal freedoms. Nominated student action(s) must have taken place in Hawai‘i after December 31, 2003 and before April 25, 2005. Anyone can make a nomination. Submit by deadline.
