SPRING DANCE ROMANCE 2014 -- LOCAL EATERIES LIST Chapel Hill and Carrboro are contiguous towns, you can walk from downtown Chapel Hill to downtown Carrboro in 10 minutes. The center of Chapel Hill is the intersection of Franklin Street (runs east-west) and Columbia Street (north-south). The dance is several block north of Franklin and Columbia. If you go west on Franklin St you end up on Main St (and Weaver St) in Carrboro. These restaurants are a selection of eateries near the dance, representing a middle ground for expense. There are also some very nice high end restaurants not listed. Plus, as Chapel Hill is a university town, there is also a selection of inexpensive pizza, subs, tacos joints and more all in downtown.
