With the need to prevent inefficiency of some employees due to health reasons and multiple burdens especially related to reproductive health, they had been given health support through the check-up and tests like

Visit to a Lady Entrepreneur supported by DOST in relation to women’s health (Moringa supplement)
March 25, 2013
Tabaco City
Still part of the Women’s Month Celebration is an exposure to small scale enterprise initiated by a woman. The group visited Mrs. Camu, a Biology teacher of Tabaco National High School and she shared how
she started her small business which is a DOST-assisted project. Aside from promoting entrepreneur-ship
among women, she also endorsed healthy living with the use of the Moringa health supplement which,
according to her research, is instrumental in preventing diseases.

ALTERNATIVE
LEARNING
ACTIVITIES
BRC Student Clubs / Organizations find time to meet on Fridays for their periodic meetings
and gatherings. Some organizations utilize classrooms to meet and some are only in open spaces. Sponsored activities were accordingly scheduled and coordinated with the SSD Office. Organizations are established based on academic interests and / or hobbies. In response to the delimitation of preference of clubs vis-à-vis number of members, some clubs which existed during
the previous years were consolidated with other clubs (e.g. Pisay Teatro, Kwerdasang Pisayano
and Glee Club became PIPAG). Some interests were also catered by other academic clubs (e.g.
interest in Photography was incorporated under the PCSO). However, some clubs were precluded
to exist due to membership requirement (e.g. Physics Club, rock band and PINTA [which originally
co-existed with and apart from the Art Guild]).
