Fr. Kevin Storey, CSB, President of St. Thomas High School
Te Deum Laudamus is a hymn of rejoicing and thanksgiving traditionally
attributed to St. Ambrose. Established in 2011 by St. Ambrose Catholic School, the Te Deum
Laudamus Award honors lifelong supporters who share in our mission of Catholic education.
Fr. Kevin Storey, CSB was born in India, raised in Canada, joined the Basilian Fathers after
graduating from a Basilian high school in Toronto and was ordained in 1992. He graduated
from the University of Toronto in 1986 and holds post-graduate degrees from St. Michael’s
University, Assumption University and the University of St. Thomas.
Fr. Storey was named the second president in St. Thomas High School history in 2012. Prior to
his arrival at STH, he worked as a missionary in Colombia, South America.
Fr. Storey was elected to the General Council of the Basilian Fathers in 2010 and oversees
high schools, finances, and vocations. He enjoys most sports and one day hopes to complete
an Ironman triathlon.

Fr. Patrick Fulton, CSB, Principal of St. Thomas High School
Fr. Patrick Fulton, CSB graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon in 1990
with a double honors Bachelor of Arts, specializing in Philosophy and Religious Studies. He
completed his Novitiate in Sugarland, Texas and was then assigned to Toronto, Canada for
theological studies and subsequently awarded a Masters of Divinity from the University of St.
Michael’s College, Toronto, Ontario (1996). Later he attended the University of Alberta where
he obtained his Bachelor of Education with honors in 2000.
Fr. Fulton was assigned to St. Michael’s College School until his appointment as principal
of St. Thomas High School in 2010. At St. Michael’s, Fr. Fulton taught theology, was a club
moderator, football and hockey chaplain and coached the swim team to several divisional
titles and provincial records. His research interests have included school micro-politics,
financial issues for private school students, leadership and school culture. His current work
examines the connection between Basilian leadership and school culture.
