Use this tool to estimate how much it may cost you to take your education abroad. Expenses vary from country to country, use the helpful links
below to gain insight on some of the varying costs.

Consider the cost of rail, bus, subway pass etc...

Food & groceries
Equipment &/or clothing

Gifts & souvenirs
Destinations you want to visit while abroad (budget for hostels, cheap flights, rail
pass, entry fees etc...)
You will be eating at restaurants & going out more often (figure how much you will
spend)
Will you require special clothing to suit the climate and or conditions of the host
country?
Soap, toothpaste, prescription &/or over the counter medication etc… (bring your
own from home)
Consider bringing some "Canadian" gifts for friends you'll make abroad as well for
your people back in Canada
