More about Us: Nor Cal Rental Property Association is a 501c6 non-profit organization. The staff at NCRPA works closely with councils, governing boards, chambers of commerce and other organizations to provide timely information to its members and to the public at large. The staff manages all the programs that service the membership and association as a whole.

Thank you for your interest and support of our organization. Nor Cal Rental Property Association, formerly known as San Joaquin County Rental Property Assoc., Inc. has been providing support, education, networking, legislative advocacy, and a multitude of services to rental property owners and property managers for over 65 years in San Joaquin County. As of June of 2013, our service area has expanded to include Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Mariposa, Tuolumne, and Calaveras counties.
We are hosting our 4th Annual Golf Classic on Friday, July 11, 2014 at Mickey’s Grove Golf
Course. We are asking for donations in the way of gift certificates, i.e. two-some or four-some with cart, dinner for two, gift cards, golf balls, tees, towels, bags, any golf related items for the tote bags, i.e. sodas, water, energy drinks, granola or energy bars, ice, gift baskets for raffles or items that can be added to a raffle basket, etc.
Any donation is greatly appreciated. We advertise our sponsors at the event so everyone will know that this event would not be possible without your support.
