Birmingham City University is a friendly, welcoming and supportive place to study and achieve ACCA examination success. 3 /2 01 2 – Course Details The course provides tuition for all 16 ACCA papers listed below:Knowledge Papers F1 Accountant in Business F2 Management Accounting F3 Financial Accounting Essential P1 Professional Accountant P2 Corporate Reporting P3 Business Analysis Skills Papers F4 Corporate and Business Law F5 Performance Management F6 Taxation F7 Financial Reporting F8 Audit and Assurance F9 Financial Management Options (two to be completed) P4 Advanced Financial Management P5 Advanced Performance Management P6 Advanced Taxation P7 Advanced Audit and Assurance It would normally take between three and four years to complete all of these papers. Students can join the course at any stage depending upon their previous ACCA study and exemptions. (Students are advised to confirm exemptions and eligibility directly with the ACCA). Students study at a pace to match their own abilities and aspirations b y selecting between four and six papers each year. (At least two of these must be studied each term). Examinations are taken in either December or June each year. Fees and Eligibilty The course fee is £850 per paper. Students must enrol for at least 4 papers each year (at least 2 papers per term).The maximum number of papers that can be studied in an academic year is 6. The annual course fee is therefore between £3400- £5100. All students wishing to join the course must be registered with the ACCA.
