In order to process this application form, the following documentation must accompany this application form:
Unit Transfer to AIMS
A fully completed Transfer of Unit Trust Funds / Securities form
Current valuation of the units held at the Management Company client is transferring from
A fully completed AIMS Investment application form or Additional Investment application form with all supporting documentation
(required in all cases)
A fully completed Switch Request form, should the investor wish to amend the Unit Trust selection once the transfer process
has been completed.
A weighted average cost per fund must be supplied by the transferring company (only applicable to discretionary products)

A fully completed Transfer of Unit Trust Funds / Securities form
Copy of Identity Document or Passport and Utility Bill or proof of Residential Address (if applicable)
Letter from Investor instructing the Manco to transfer. The letter must indicate the contact person and contact details at the Manco

Should any person (“sender”) choose to submit an instruction to Absa Investment Management Services (Pty) Ltd (AIMS) via fax, e-mail,
post or hand delivery, then it is done so at the sender’s own risk. A positive fax transmission report or e-mail delivery acceptance message
received by the sender will not be proof of the actual receipt of the document by AIMS. AIMS automatically sends an sms/e-mail to the
Financial Services Provider recorded against the investment and on receipt of this message it shall be deemed that the instruction has been
received by AIMS. Should this not be received, the sender may wish to confirm the receipt of the instruction by AIMS by contacting AIMS
Client Services on 0860 000 005 (for Absa Insurance and Financial Adviser Clients) or 0860 000 022 (for Independent Financial Adviser
Clients). AIMS shall not in any circumstances be liable for any damages suffered as a result of using a document that was not
telephonically confirmed as received and herewith disclaims any such liability. The sender hereby confirms that this disclaimer has been
read, and understands and accepts the terms and conditions thereof.
