due to expansion we have
a requirement to recruit
trainee laminators.
The successful candidates will become part of a formal programme over
their initial six weeks which will introduce them to our industry, our values,
our standards and our team’s no compromise approach to work.
From this starting point, trainees will develop from a level 3 to a level 2
over an 18-month period, developing all the skills required to play a key
role in our laminating team.
Trainees will be introduced to lay-up procedures, build plans and schedules,
and learn how to read and understand engineering drawings and instructions,
using pre-preg carbon fibre materials to which form the basis for world-class
components and assemblies.
In return, we provide competitive hourly rates on structured pay scales.
