General:
Your organization may wish to use the LMS Logo to market itself as a company registered to ISO
9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001 or ISO 13485. Artwork is supplied by email or on computer disc to assist you to display the logo on your letterheads, invoices etc.
Where LMS hold JAS-ANZ Accreditation for the scope of your registration, you may use either the basic LMS Logo, or the Logo combined with the JAS-ANZ Accreditation Mark. However, please observe the following, which will be subject to monitoring by LMS during surveillance visits:
Conditions of Use: a) Logos may not be used on products, packaging, or other materials, which may suggest product approval, unless this has been granted. b) Logos may be used on letterheads, business cards, brochures, advertising material. c) There is no restriction as to the size of the basic LMS Logo. d) There is no restriction as to the choice of colour of the basic LMS Logo but please do not use more than two colours.

Display of the Symbol
The Symbol will be displayed only in the appropriate form, and color as demonstrated in figure no. (1) below. The LMS is entitled to enlarge by a factor of up to 2, if necessary, provided that the original proportion between the height and width of the symbol will not be affected and the symbol is legible.
c Holders of certificates issued by LMS will always use JAS –ANZ Symbol in conjunction with the mark of the certification body or certification scheme. As shown in Figure No. (2) d LMS will ensure that they audit the use of their combined marks (i.e. the mark of the certification body in conjunction with JAS-ANZ Symbol) by their certificate holders. Conditions for the use of the marks by such certificate holders are given below.
The conditions detailed in section b, d apply to such certificate holders. e f If, in the specific case of a product produced under an accredited product conformity scheme, physical constraints prevent reproduction of the product certification accreditation combined mark to the limits specified in this document, a label based on the product certification example in Figure no.
(2) may be attached to the product. If that is impractle, the label may be affixed to the primary packaging (e.g. Blister pack) but not to the secondary packaging (e.g. Outer, transit pack).

g Where a certification body holds more than one accreditation covering the scope of the certification from different accreditation bodies, the certification body is not allowed to use any other accreditation bodies’ symbol along with JAS symbol on the conformity assessment certificate issued by it. However the certification body can issue separate certificate containing accreditation symbol of other accreditation body.
