Allotments will be made on first come first basis. Allotment will be made by HR Dept.
Zonal Office, Chennai. A Letter of Allotment will be issued giving the details.
Cooking by occupants is not allowed. Tea / coffee may be provided by the care taker at
extra cost (rate to be fixed by Zonal Office from time to time)
A nominal charge of Rs.50/- pr day per room shall be collected
The staff members who require the facility may forward their application through their
Branch Manager.

the purpose of admission in the hospital. Details such as bed charges, medical / surgical
charges etc. and the services offered by the hospital to be ascertained from the
concerned Zonal Office.
The bills raised by the hospitals with whom Bank is having tie up arrangement, will
be paid by the concerned Zonal Office. However, please note importantly that the
tie up arrangement facility in no way provide any extra entitlement over the normal
entitlement of the employee as per the Officers’ Service Regulations / Bipartite
Settlements, as the case may be. Availment of the tie up arrangement facility is
optional / at the request of Staff member.
