1.PHP Developer
1.
Should be strong in OOPS (Object Oriented Programming Concepts)
2.
Should be strong in PHP and MySQL
3.
Should have knowledge in MVC frameworks
4.
Should be good in database concepts and data model
5.
Good communication skill and good attitude
2.Mobile Developer
1.
Should have good knowledge on mobile technology mainly Android and hybrid mobile applications
2.
Should have good knowledge about HTML 5, jQuery, Javascript
3.
Possess knowledge about client MVC frameworks like Angular JS
4.
Should possess good knowledge in Web services / RESTful Services
5.
Good communication skill and good attitude
6.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix up defects.
3.Sales and Marketing Executive:
1. Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company
2. Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate
objectives
3. To achieve the targets set by the management on regular basis
4. Collect data points from the TIER 1 and TIER 2 hospitals
5. Visit field on daily basis to get hospitals and other healthcare providers empanelled on our IT platform
6. Regular follow ups to close the empanelment on time
7. Reviews and progress of sales roles throughout the company
8. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
9. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
10. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales productivity
11. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
12. Establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers of healthcare industry
The student needs to understand our goals, objectives and operations better.
He/she needs to have excellent communication and convincing skills to get the
hospital to associate with our portal. We would prefer of students having their own
vehicle for the faster result.
4.Data Processing Executive:
1.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power to explain the customers - based on product
offers and their benefits. Strong telephone manner
2.
Good at Computers.
3.
Make telephone calls to prospects
4.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
5.
Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
6.
Maintain confidentiality of the organization.
7.
Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
8.
Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
9.
Report to the management team on development of calls and try to convert the lead as project and fix an
appointment with our Head of Sales and Marketing for hospital approach.(Empanelment)
10. Should be able to do a rigorous follow up on call for collecting the data and End to end closure of the same.
11. Should have basic minimum calling and emailing etiquette.
12. Manage emails and respond inbound queries of the clients(Hospitals)
13. Be one point of contact from Vistara to Hospitals and other healthcare providers.
14. Proactive in addressing the issue if any crops up and try to avoid getting I rated clients.
Salary details: according to the Market standard and company parameters
Arrears: it is allowed however we would also evaluate the student in the rounds
of interview.
