All of the following products are milled at Westwind Milling Co. Products
on Price List A are milled from ALL Michigan grown, certified organic
grain. Gluten free products, on Price List B, are all US grown, non-gmo
grains that we also mill here at Westwind Milling Co. Prices are in

Bread, Pastry, All Purpose Flours: Available in unbleached (the “white”
starch of the flour), whole wheat (starch and germ), and in graham

Multi Grain Flour: Made from all purpose whole wheat, rye, barley,
buckwheat & corn. Available in medium or dark.
Buckwheat Flour: Available in medium or dark
Corn Meal and Flour: Available in medium grind, a coarser grind (gluten
free) and very fine (flour).

Pancake Mix: Available in Standard (unbleached), Whole Wheat,

flours from certified organic grain. Ingredients in addition to flours:
non-aluminum baking powder, salt. Buckwheat mixes also have baking

Buckwheat Flour, Corn Meal, and Corn Flour
**NOTE: Corn is now milled in both the gluten AND gluten free mills. The
corn meal ground in the gluten free mill is coarser than the corn meal from
the regular mill, which is a finer grade. Prices for gluten and gluten free
corn are THE SAME.
Buckwheat available in Medium and Dark grades. Corn Meal available in
a coarse grind, Corn Flour is quite fine.
