Apartment Homes Extended Stay Suites. The
extended stay suites are conveniently located in
downtown Eau Claire in a beautifully renovated
warehouse style apartment complex. The building
features an impressive open architecture with
original brick walls, large wood columns, beams,
impressive windows, and high ceilings.
The extended stay suites are very spacious
one-bedroom units with a living room, dining
room, and office space that totals more than 1200
fully furnished square feet. When we say fully
furnished, we mean it; the suites contain all the
cooking utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and
linens you will need during your stay. A TV/VCR
with cable, telephone with answering machine,
high speed Internet, individually controlled heat
and air conditioning and all utilities are also
included at no extra charge. In addition, each
extended stay suite comes with a 11/2-car garage
with remote opening, controlled building access,
and a use of the Banbury Place fitness center. The
suites are non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.
